I've spent the last decade inside the international humanitarian system, not observing it, but building it. As site lead for Operation Allies Welcome at Quantico, I oversaw operations for over 4,000 Afghan evacuees. I've directed a 160-person case management program under ORR, managed complex population movements, and navigated the intersection of policy, logistics, and human dignity under pressure.
I launched Arcova because the organizations doing this work need more than a PowerPoint strategy, they need someone who's been in the room, run the operations, and knows how the money moves.
